Safer Recruitment & Vetting
TutorOne operates a robust safer recruitment process to ensure that all tutors engaged by the organisation are suitable to work with children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Our recruitment and vetting procedures include:

- Verification of identity and right to work
- Qualification and experience checks

Tutors are not permitted to commence any work until all safeguarding checks have been completed and formal authorisation has been granted.

Reporting & Escalation of Concerns

Concerns are escalated internally to the designated safeguarding lead and, where appropriate, to relevant external agencies including local authorities and safeguarding partners.

Professional Boundaries.
TutorOne maintains strict professional boundaries at all times. Tutors are required to:
- Operate only within authorised tuition arrangements

Any breach of professional boundaries is treated as a serious matter and may result in immediate termination of engagement.
